Acceptable Use Policy
Peng-u Hosting primary goal is to preserve the value of the Internet as a resource for information and free expression and respect the privacy and security of Internet users. Peng-u Hosting values itself as responsible hosting provider and strongly discourages irresponsible practices which degrade the usability of network resources and thus the value of Internet services. This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) specifies the actions prohibited by Peng-u Hosting.
Privacy Policy
By submitting an online order form, or by using Peng-u Hosting’s service, Customer hereby agrees to the following Privacy Policy. Customer agrees that it shall comply with and require its end users to comply with this Privacy Policy, Peng-u Hosting’s Terms of Service (TOS), Peng-u Hosting’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), and Peng-u Hosting’s No-Spam Policy (NSP). In this document, the word “Agreement,” with a capital “A,” refers to the TOS, the AUP, the NSP, and the Privacy Policy collectively.
